Visits from:
As well as there being the opportunities
to attend visits away from the school we also strive to enhance
the children's experience at Upton Heath by bringing in people
from the community.
During the year we will have visits
from the following people:
|
The Pandemonium Theatre Company
Key Strings Music Workshop
Artist in Residence
The Fire Brigade
The Police Force - Stranger Danger
|
 |
 |
Safety on the railways
An Ornithologist - talks on garden birds
Upton High School Band
Upton High School Drama Group
|
As well as these visits, individual teachers often arrange their
own visits from people in the community. This may be to do with
someone giving a talk on a topic the children are studying or to
run workshops such as in dance, drama, sport, crafts etc.
